This Privacy Notice describes the information Ascend Industries LLC (“Ascend”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects through its website: https://www.ascendindustries.com/ (the “Website”), how we use and retain this information, with whom we share it, and the choices you have in connection with these activities. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information collected in connection with your investment in, or similar participation with, investment vehicles and other entities formed or sponsored by Ascend, which is available upon request to investors.

When you complete the “Contact Us” form on our Website, we will collect your identifiers (name, telephone number, email address), and anything you include in the “How can we help?” field. We will use this information to respond to your message. We may share this information with our client relationship management platform to help track and improve our interaction with you.

- Your computer: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages of the Website, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data)

- We collect this information via pixels, cookies, and/or other online data collection technology for the following purposes: (i) provide the Website; (ii) analyze your use the Website to enhance user experience; (iv) analyze your use the Website to improve the functionality of the Website; (v) prevent fraudulent use of the Website and detect unlawful activity; and (vi) diagnosis and repair Website errors, and, in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse.
- In particular, below are the third-party analytics cookies and tracking technologies on our Website:
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect information on your use of the Website for its improvement. To collect this information, Google Analytics installs cookies on your browser or reads cookies that are already there. Google Analytics also receives information about you from applications you have downloaded that partner with Google. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Websites or to another application which partners with Google is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The data collected automatically via cookies and other online trackers are kept in accordance with the applicable tracker’s retention period.

Your information is processed in the United States and in any other places where our services providers are located or store data. It means that this information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside of the United States where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly solicit any information from individuals under the age of sixteen (16) years old, nor do we knowingly market or otherwise target our websites or its products or services to children.
If we become aware that a visitor to our websites is under the age of sixteen (16) years old, we will remove his or her personal data from our files. We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements in accordance with applicable local laws.
7. DO NOT TRACK
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.
